Vehicle Ownership and Authorization

By utilizing our services, you certify that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have obtained explicit authorization from the vehicle’s legal owner to arrange for its removal and disposal.

Vehicle Condition

The customer agrees that the vehicle presented for wrecking or removal is in the condition described during the initial assessment. We reserve the right to reassess the vehicle upon arrival and may adjust the offered price accordingly.

Documentation and Transfer of Ownership

The customer is responsible for providing all necessary documentation related to the vehicle, including the title, registration, and any relevant legal paperwork required for the lawful transfer of ownership.

Environmental and Safety Compliance

We follow all applicable environmental and safety regulations when handling vehicles and their components. The customer agrees to remove all personal belongings and hazardous materials from the vehicle before the scheduled pickup.

Payment

Payment for wrecked or unwanted vehicles will be made in a manner agreed upon by both parties during the initial assessment. The payment may be made in cash or through other specified payment methods.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the use of our services or any act or omission related to the removal, wrecking, or recycling of the vehicle.

Indemnity

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of our services or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after the changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice to the other party.
In the event of termination, the client will be liable for any costs incurred up to the termination date, including any work completed, materials purchased, or third-party services engaged.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
